Late Arrival Policy:** - We value your time and commitment to our coaching sessions. It's important to start and end sessions punctually to ensure a productive and respectful experience. If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. - If you arrive late for a coaching session, we will make every effort to accommodate the remaining time within the scheduled session duration. However, please note that we may not be able to extend the session beyond its originally scheduled end time. - Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late for a coaching session and do not provide prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the session. No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases. **2. Cancellation Policy:** - We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.
